The second bed of corn was a mix of yellow and red varieties per the recommendations in the Burpee catalog. We had plenty to eat a couple at a time until it needed to have the remainder harvested and frozen. The red was pretty raw, but lost the color when cooked. It was not appealing at that point and the taste was unmemorable. The yellow was good. Still searching for one that will be super here.
